Best Husband
Have I mentioned lately that I have the best husband? He takes care of me, he pours my cereal and makes me lattes in the morning before work (because I seem to always be running behind) and never fails to show me just how much he cares about me. I am one lucky girl!
But in addition to this, he surprised me with a little present yesterday. As it turns out, while I was out at my parents' house last night, he ran to pick up something that he knew I wanted and planned to just save it for a birthday or Christmas present, as he wasn't sure if it would still be available then. But when I got home, he told me he couldn't wait even a day and he decided he wanted to give me this present right away. He bought me these. I know it seems silly- after all we got married and received all kinds of wonderful gifts and all the things we needed. But you see, my grandma had a set of colored nesting mixing bowls and I saw them in her cabinets for years and years growing up. So although we have mixing bowls and we didn't really "need" these, he indulged me. What a guy!
